ICU suspension bridge: LK-G02
Product introduction:
1. The LK-G02 bridge-type suspension bridge (dry and wet combined) is used in hospital ICUs and is essential medical emergency support equipment in modern ICUs. It consists of a crossbeam and a dry and wet combined section. Its unique feature is the integration of the dry and wet sections, saving space. The enclosure features an adjustable instrument platform, gas terminals, power outlets, and network interfaces. It also features a mechanical brake for positioning and anti-drifting, and LED lighting on the crossbeam.
2. The main structure is constructed of high-strength aluminum alloy. The tower and cantilever are formed using a high-strength extrusion die, treated internally and externally for rust and stain prevention. The surface is treated with high-voltage electrostatic powder coating technology for UV protection, corrosion resistance, and stain resistance. Crossbeam lengths range from 2400 to 3000 mm and can be customized on-site. The tower can rotate 340° and translate ≥500 mm.
3. The fully enclosed design ensures that power and gas lines are not exposed, ensuring that wiring does not become disconnected during the tower's rotation due to changes in position. Equipped with a mechanical brake, the rotating arm and housing are easily locked in position, ensuring zero drift and ensuring safety and reliability.
4. Renowned brand gas terminals are distinguished by color and shape, feature a misconnection prevention function, and are rated for over 20,000 plug-in and unplug cycles. They also include a standby function, a secondary seal, and three-state operation (on, off, and unplugged), allowing maintenance while the gas supply is still running.
5. High-quality brand power and low-voltage sockets are installed in the same housing as the gas terminal, ensuring safe and reliable separation of power and gas.
6. Gas terminals, lighting, IV stands, instrument platforms, drawers, power sockets, grounding terminals, network interfaces, and more can be customized according to specific requirements.
