Parameters:
1. The bed frame is welded with 80×40×1.0mm thick high-quality cold-rolled steel pipe, and the bed bearing capacity is 240KG, which can fully ensure the bearing capacity and service life of the bed. The bed leg is 40*40*0.8mm square tube welded.
2. The bed plate is made of 0.8mm thick strip steel punching slot, durable, beautiful and generous. The bed surface is concave, and the strength is high, with anti-slip function. There are reinforced bars welded around the bed plate, which has large bearing capacity and high safety. All sections of the bed surface are connected with all steel parts to avoid load-bearing plastic parts and easy to be damaged by friction.
3. The back plate folds at 0º-80°, and the leg plate folds at 0º-45º.
4. Solid wood with soft cover big bed head (as above).
5. The bed surface adopts international advanced electrostatic spray treatment to improve the overall anti-corrosion performance of the bed. Chemical, corrosion and electrical insulation resistance, bright surface, do not fall off, do not rust. Spray coating material for green non-toxic products.
6. The rocker is ABS invisible rocker, the transmission joint is made of all steel parts, and the lifting screw is made of 45# steel extrusion.
7. Aluminum folding guardrail, fully covered anti-pinch hand, retraction flat, strong pillar; High-quality D-type aluminum alloy beam with hardened surface. The upper and lower supports are composed of imported engineering iron parts, the middle is five stainless steel pillars, and the guardrail switch is self-locking hidden ABS engineering plastic. Easy to operate, high strength, durable. A mobile meal plate can also be placed on the guardrail to fully reflect the diversity of functions and meet the needs of patients.
8. Bed foot adopts 40*40*0.8mm square pipe welding.
9. The four corners of the bed body are reserved for infusion rack jacks.
