Product introduction:
1.Wooden panels of head bed and foot bed
2. Bed body: The raw materials are made from 1.0mm 30*60 square tube, the bed top is made from 1.0mm20*20 square tube, and the connected parts are taken by tube of thickness more than 1.5mm.        
3.Bed mattress: The thickness of the mattress sponge is 6 cm, and the detachable bedspread is easy to clean, disinfect, and keep the bed surface clean for long time, without peculiar smell, comfortable and durable, not easy to be damaged.
4.The rockers: Taken by the skill of double-side pressure bearing, durable with wear resistance, no noise, matched with dust cap, easy to install,and durable service.
5.Guardrail: The guardrails on both sides of the bed are made from aluminum,totally 4 pcs, lengthened and foldable.The length of Each piece is not less than 1120mm, the height is 40mm. The upper and lower brackets are one-time punch forming by metal parts, equipped with an automatic locking device, which is flexible and convenient to lift, strong and durable, and not easy to be damaged. When not in use, it shrinks and lays flat on both sides of the bed, slightly higher than the bed surface to prevent the mattress from shifting.
6. Dining table: plastic joints, wooden table top, can be used directly on the guardrail, easy to use                              
 7.ABS Quiet Wheels: Strong and durable, more flexible rolling, no noise, no shaking. Each wheel is equipped with a separate brake function for easy and flexible use.
8.IV pole: IV pole for bed, retractable, all stainless steel tube materials manufactured,length of outer tube  90cm, can be extended to 175cm.
9.Lifting by manual, the maximum folding angle of the backside is >=85°, and the legs is >=45°
10.Shampoo basin: It can be placed on the bed surface, which is convenient for nursing staff to wash the hair for the bedridden person. The shampoo basin has a drain pipe, which is convenient to use.
11.Load weight: the bed surface bears 240kg, and there is no abnormality in all parts after 24 hours.
