1. The head and foot of the bed are blow-molded with ABS high-grade engineering plastics. They have beautiful appearance and plug-in design, which is easy to load and unload. There are anti-collision wheels on both sides of the head and foot of the bed, which have excellent impact resistance, heat resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance and electrical performance.
2. The bed surface is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate by one-time stamping, with a thickness of 1.1mm and a concave multi-pore design. The bed surface is equipped with a mattress anti-slip device, which is easy to breathe and has anti-slip function. There are no welding points on the surface, and there are steel pipe reinforcement ribs on the back to extend the life of the bed.
3. The bed frame is welded with 30*60*1.2mm formed square tubes. Advanced welding technology. High-quality welding. The bed body is sturdy. It can carry ≥240kg;
4. The overall bed body adopts a series of processes such as pickling, phosphating, washing, oxidation, etc., and a fully automatic flow spraying line. It uses Akzo powder electrostatic spraying, which is bright in color and firmly attached.
5. Full coverage of European-style guardrails (large guardrail size 1100mm, small guardrail size 880mm), ABS engineering plastics, easy to operate, beautiful appearance, durable, easy to clean, unique anti-pinch design, guardrail lifting and lowering using damper device to control speed and noise, each guardrail with an angle display.
6. Four wheels use 125mm luxury silent center control wheels, high stability linkage system. Braking is stable, flexible and convenient. Waterproof and dustproof. Double wheel pan design to increase the ground area and increase stability.
7. Three sets of safe voltage motors, one set of control boxes, and a full range of handheld control panels. It can complete the three functions of back folding, leg folding, and overall lifting.
8. The lowest and highest lifting heights of the bed are 465mm and 765mm, and the lifting height reaches 300mm.
