(4) Concealed ABS side rails are equipped with hydraulic support rods for smooth, controlled lowering, and feature integrated angle indicators. (5) 5-inch double-sided central-locking casters: hard yet lightweight in composition; featuring single-pedal braking with dual-side grip for stability and reliability.
Equipped with built-in, fully sealed, self-lubricating bearings that are waterproof, resistant to foreign object entanglement, and completely rust-proof. The wheel treads are made of wear-resistant TPR material, offering professional-grade quality, silent operation, and exceptional durability.
(6) The bed deck is constructed from 1.2mm cold-rolled steel sheet (Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation), integrally molded as a single piece. Its four corners are smooth and seamless, significantly enhancing the bed deck's structural strength and completely resolving issues related to aesthetics and hygiene-specifically, the problem of dirt accumulation in the seams typically caused by traditional welding and splicing methods. The backrest section features an added "H-shaped" tubular steel reinforcement structure, complete with molded grooves and ventilation holes; this design ensures an aesthetically pleasing appearance, high compressive strength, and resistance to deformation.
(7) The lower leg section utilizes a linear pull-rod linkage mechanism, allowing for 7-position angle adjustments.
V. Manufacturing Process:
(1) Extensive deployment of imported robotic welding systems for cluster welding: all metal components of the bed undergo a high-precision welding process to ensure the patient bed remains safe, reliable, and structurally robust.
(2) Metal surface treatment employs advanced powder coating technology: this provides rust protection to extend the service life of the bed while ensuring a smooth, bright, and aesthetically pleasing surface finish.
VI. Standard Configuration:
(1) Four IV pole sockets are positioned around the perimeter of the bed frame; these sockets are integrally formed from tubular steel, eliminating any risk of cracking or structural failure.
(2) Three mattress retention bars are strategically placed to prevent the mattress from sliding.
