1. The head and tail of the bed are made of ABS advanced engineering plastic blow molding/injection molding, with a beautiful appearance, easy loading and unloading, excellent impact resistance, heat resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance, and electrical performance. 2. The bed surface is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate that is stamped and formed in one go, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a multi porous design, which is easy to breathe and has anti slip function. There are no welding points on the surface, and the back is reinforced with steel pipes. It adopts a double support unloading structure to extend the service life of the hospital bed.
3. The bed frame is made of 30 * 60 * 1.5mm formed square tubes welded together. Advanced welding technology, high-quality welding, sturdy bed body, and can carry ≥ 240kg;
4. The overall bed body adopts a series of processes such as acid washing, phosphating, water washing, oxidation, etc. The fully automatic flow spraying line uses powder electrostatic spraying technology, with bright color and firm adhesion.
5. The separated European style guardrail is made of ABS engineering plastic, with a beautiful appearance, easy operation, sturdy and durable, easy cleaning, and a unique anti pinch design. The guardrail lifting and lowering is controlled by a damper device to control speed and noise, and can be hidden under the bed panel and level with the bed frame when lowered.
6. The four wheels are equipped with 125mm medical central control silent wheels and a high stability linkage system. The braking is stable, flexible, and convenient. It is waterproof and dustproof. The dual wheel cake design increases the landing area and stability.
7. Four sets of safety voltage motors, one set of control box, and a handheld control panel in all directions. It can complete six functions: back folding, leg folding, overall lifting, forward leaning, backward leaning, and back leg linkage.
8. Motor: High quality motor, low noise, stable performance, thrust of 6000-8000N, equipped with backup power supply.
9. Adjustment range: The maximum angle for folding the backboard is 70 ± 2 °, the maximum angle for folding the leg boards is 28 ± 2 °, the height for adjusting the entire bed up and down is 420-680 ± 20mm, the bed surface tilts forward and backward by 12 ± 2 °, and the bed's load-bearing capacity is ≥ 240kg.
