Product Description

1. The head and tail of the bed are made of ABS and stainless steel, beautiful appearance, easy handling, impact resistance, heat resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance and excellent electrical performance, the whole home wood grain style, elegant and comfortable.
2. The bed surface is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet once stamping, the thickness is 1.0mm, concave multi-porosity design, easy to breathe and has non-slip function. There is no welding spot on the surface, steel pipe reinforcement on the back, and double support unloading structure can extend the life of the bed.
3. The bed skeleton is welded with 30*60*1.2mm square tube. Advanced welding technology, welding quality is high, the bed body is strong, can carry ≥240kg.
4. The whole bed body adopts a series of processes such as pickling, phosphating, washing, oxidation, automatic water spraying line, the use of Aksu powder electrostatic spraying, bright color and firm adhesion.

The guardrail is fully covered by aluminum alloy lifting safety guardrail, the pipe is high quality aluminum alloy material, the guardrail column upper and lower connecting parts are ABS plastic material, durable, easy to use, the guardrail operation handle with anti-clamp hand design, can be put down when not in use, level on the bed frame, easy to operate.
6. The four wheels adopt 125mm luxury silent central control wheel, high stability coupling system, brake stability and flexibility, convenient, waterproof, dust-proof, double wheel cake design to increase the landing area, increase stability.
7. Equipped with ABS hidden crank, it can be hidden in the bed body, avoid unnecessary damage, convenient for nursing staff to operate, with two-way limit protection Settings. The lead screw is made of 20mm/40Cr material, no deformation, the rotating body is zinc alloy die-casting process, and the joint part of the lead screw is made of copper mother, which is closely occluding with the lead screw, effectively preventing wear, low noise and long life.
