Transfer flat trolley is a kind of medical flat trolley suitable for patients for emergency treatment and first aid. It can not only be used to transfer patients conveniently, but also carry the patients to the examination table or bed, without requiring to carry the patient down from the stretcher. It is only necessary to remove the stretcher bars, reducing the pain of patients when they are being carried out from the stretcher. It consists of a flat trolley body, casters and a movable soft stretcher. It is a stretcher support on the upper surface of the flat trolley body. The bed sheet type stretcher cloth is put on the stretcher support. Stretcher bars are inserted longitudinally on both sides of the bed sheet type stretcher cloth. U-type support rods are inserted at both ends of the two stretcher bars. The transfer flat trolley is not only suitable for hospitals, but also for emergency centers. With a folding body, it can also be used in ambulances.
The body surface adopts ABS engineering plastic injection molding by casting and pressing, with high flame resistance, corrosion resistance, strong toughness and other characteristics, and the four corners are designed with handle grips, convenient for nursing patients for emergency treatment.
High-quality pressure system is used for back lifting and the back can be lifted at an angle of 0-65°. It can be operated by single hand, ensuring convenient operation.
Rocker is designed for whole lifting and the lifting stroke is 500-800mm. The rocker adopts two-way interference protection and it is lubricated automatically.
Galvanized steel pipes are used for bed body and powder is sprayed on the appearance. There is an automatic spray coating line, using Akzo Nobel powder for electrostatic spraying, which ensures bright color and firm adhesion.
The guardrail is made of high-quality PP material, ensuring good appearance, easy operation, convenient cleaning, and high firmness and durability. The unique anti-clamp design ensures that the guardrails can be hidden under the bed board and they will not affect the carrying of patients.
The brake adopts advanced central control brake system and dustproof casters ensure stable, reliable and light motion of the flat trolley. The lifting, tilting and anti-tilting of the bed body are controlled by operating the pedal on both sides of the bed body, ensuring convenient use. There is a central control brake pedal at the tail of the bed.
