1. The head and tail of the bed are made of ABS advanced engineering plastic once, beautiful appearance, easy loading and unloading, good impact resistance, heat resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance and electrical performance.
2. The bed surface is made of high quality cold rolled steel sheet once stamping, the thickness is 1.1mm, concave multi-porosity design, easy to breathe and has non-slip function. There is no welding spot on the surface, steel pipe reinforcement on the back, and double support unloading structure can extend the life of the bed.
3. The bed body skeleton is welded with 40*80*1.1mm square tube. Advanced welding technology. The welding quality is high and the bed body is strong. Can bear ≥260kg;
4. The whole bed body adopts a series of processes such as pickling, phosphating, washing and oxidation, automatic water spraying line, using Aksu powder electrostatic spraying, bright color and firm adhesion.
5. The guardrail adopts collapsible guardrail, the pipe is high quality aluminum alloy material, the guardrail column is strong and durable, and the guardrail operation handle is designed with anti-clamp hand. It can be folded on the bed frame when not in use, and the operation is convenient.
