1. The head and foot of the bed are made of ABS high-grade engineering plastics by blow molding, with beautiful appearance, easy loading and unloading, excellent impact resistance, heat resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance and electrical properties.
2. The bed surface is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate stamped in one time, with a thickness of 1.2mm, and a concave multi-pore design, which is easy to breathe and has anti-slip function. There are no welding points on the surface, and there are steel pipe reinforcement ribs on the back. The double support unloading structure is adopted to extend the life of the bed.
3. The bed frame is welded with 40*60*1.2mm formed square tubes. Advanced welding technology. High welding quality. The bed is sturdy. It can carry ≥240kg;
4. The whole bed adopts a series of processes such as pickling, phosphating, washing, oxidation, etc., and a fully automatic flow spraying line. It uses Akzo powder electrostatic spraying, which is bright in color and firmly attached.
5. Guardrail: The guardrails on both sides of the bed are aluminum alloy four-stage folding guardrails, 40cm high, and the four-stage columns are made of aluminum alloy. The upper and lower brackets are reinforced nylon parts. The lower bracket is equipped with an automatic locking device in the middle.
