1. The bed head and end are crafted from ABS advanced engineering plastic through blow molding/injection molding. This gives it a beautiful appearance and makes it easy to load and unload. It also ensures exceptional impact resistance, heat resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance, and superior electrical properties.
2. The bed surface is constructed from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet, stamped in a single process to a thickness of 1.2mm with a multi-porosity design. This facilitates easy breathing and incorporates a non-slip function. Its surface is free from welding spots, reinforced with steel pipes on the back, and features a double support unloading structure to enhance the bed's longevity.
3. The bed skeleton is welded with 30*60*1.5mm square tubing using an advanced welding process, ensuring exceptional welding quality and a robust bed body capable of supporting ≥240kg.
4. The entire bed body undergoes processes like pickling, phosphating, washing, and oxidation, followed by automatic water spraying and powder electrostatic spraying. This results in a bright, firmly attached color.
5. The separate European guardrail, made from ABS engineering plastic, presents a beautiful appearance, is easy to operate, durable, and simple to clean. It includes a unique anti-clamp hand design, and the guardrail's lifting mechanism uses a damper device to control speed and noise. When lowered, it can be hidden under the bed panel and frame.
6. The four 125mm medical central control silent wheels offer high stability thanks to an advanced connecting system. The brake is stable, flexible, and convenient. Features include waterproofing, dust-proofing, and a double wheel cake design to increase ground contact area, enhancing stability.
7. Equipped with four sets of safe voltage motors and a control box, the all-round handheld control panel facilitates six functions: back folding, leg folding, overall lifting, forward leaning, backward leaning, and back leg linkage.
8. The high-quality motor delivers low noise and stable performance, with thrust ranging from 6000 to 8000N, and includes a backup power source.
9. Adjustment range: The backplane folding reaches a maximum angle of 70±2°, while the leg plate folding reaches a maximum angle of 28±2°. The bed height can be adjusted from 420 to 680±20mm, and the front of the bed can tilt 12±2°. The bed body supports a weight of ≥240kg.
