Third, structure:
(1) The bottom frame adopts square tube design, the appearance uses ABS dust cover, beautiful and generous, the whole body edge is smooth, no dust phenomenon bed frame size :30*60*1.5mm.
(2) The flexible curtain-like arc soft connection bed plate and back knee linkage function, respectively set in the back and legs, soft connection size: the soft connection size of the back is 300mm*900mm. Leg soft link size is 245mm*900mm*
(3) The soft connection between the bed plates is used to avoid the movement of the body position when the bed plate is opened to reduce the pressure of the patient's chest and abdomen; Soft connection can make no gap between the bed plate connection, improve the comfort of the bed.
(4) Electric bed using three columns, beautiful at the same time to ensure the stability of the bed.
Four, components and equipment technical parameters:
(1) European headboard and tail board: European headboard curve design, the use of antibacterial, environmental protection HDPE material blow molding, surface smooth and easy to clean, the head and tail plate with a snap type advanced locking device, removable headboard, bed tail plate, in an emergency can be easily disassembled rescue, special care and safe handling of patients bed soft connection: metal parts, high strength, easy disassembly and disinfection;
(2) guardrail: fully surrounded by four pieces of segment guardrail, the use of antibacterial, environmental protection HDPE material blow molding, smooth surface easy to clean, impact resistance, heat resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance and excellent electrical performance. The outer side of the four-piece sectionalized guardrail is equipped with a ball Angle indicator, which is convenient and intuitive for medical personnel to help patients in a comfortable position (30° and 45° with special marks), the guardrail is 350mm from the bed height, the long guardrail length is 1100mm, the short guardrail length is 830mm; Guardrail lifting is equipped with a damper, easy to operate and safe.
(3) Bed surface: the bed plate is designed as a punching bed plate, the bed plate is stamped once, the punching hole size is 50*20mm oval hole, the backplane size is 500*900mm, a total of 18 punching holes.
