Product Description

1. The bed frame is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel pipes with a thickness of 80 x 40 x 1.0mm, welded together. The bed body has a bearing capacity of 240 kg, which can fully ensure the bearing capacity and service life of the hospital bed. The bed legs are welded with 40 * 40 * 0.8mm square tubes.
2. The bed board is made of 0.8mm thick steel strip with a punched bow groove, which is sturdy, durable, and aesthetically pleasing. The bed surface is concave and has high strength, with anti slip function. There are reinforced ribs welded around the bed board, which has a high load-bearing capacity and high safety. All sections of the bed surface are connected with steel parts to avoid plastic parts being load-bearing and easily damaged by friction.
3. The folding angle of the backboard is 0 º -80 °, and the folding angle of the leg board is 0 º -45 °.
4. Pure solid wood with soft cover for a large headboard (as shown in the above picture).
5. The surface of the bed body adopts internationally advanced electrostatic spraying treatment to improve the overall anti-corrosion performance of the hospital bed. Chemical resistant, corrosion-resistant, and electrically insulated, with a smooth and bright surface that does not peel off or rust. The spray coating material is a green, environmentally friendly, and non-toxic product.
6. The joystick is an ABS invisible joystick, and the transmission joint is made of all steel parts. The lifting screw is extruded from 45 # steel.
7. Aluminum alloy folding guardrail, fully covered anti pinch handle, retractable and flat, with strong support; High quality D-type aluminum alloy crossbeam with surface hardening treatment. The upper and lower supports are composed of imported engineering iron components, with five stainless steel pillars in the middle. The guardrail switch is made of self-locking hidden ABS engineering plastic. Easy to operate, high strength, and durable. Mobile dining boards can also be placed on the guardrail, fully reflecting the diversity of functions and meeting the needs of patients.
8. The bed legs are welded with 40 * 40 * 0.8mm square tubes.
9. Reserve infusion stand sockets at the four corners of the bed.
